so you felt more like rocking than rolling. fair enough. we had a great time and are so happy so many of you came out last night. it was a blast debuting the new songs in such a big room with an amazing sound system. seriously… i’m not sure why so many bands and show-goers get down on harpers because everyone we dealt with last night was really friendly and cool. the stage sound was actually inspiring for a change! it felt really good up there, friends!
thanks so much to VIDEODROME for the delightful sights and sounds throughout the night. and DO NOT FORSAKE ME OH MY DARLING was as powerful as ever. good god can that girl (sophia) belt it out! they kicked off the night with a thundering bang. and JEDDO STARS was super-sassy with their solid pop/rock set. they have the cutest little backup singers and ellie looked so comfortable up there with her guitar slung across her and a drink in her hand.
videos to come from our man bernie! and there were supposedly two reviewers in the audience. we hope they have some good things to say. we’ll post ‘em here, regardless, when they come.
